There is a taco chain in Oklahoma called Taco Mayo that makes a burger just like that. I can't stand the awful stuff that they put in their meat so I haven't had one in years.

Had one before from some really fresh buffalo. It was delicious. If you live somewhere where you can get it fresh and preferably not frozen you should try it.
