Youtube is starting to get strict.

Why for just the past few weeks, I have came to notice that a great deal of good material taken off.  Some of the music videos I like were taken off, some of the video game stuff were taken off, and even some of the sounds/music to the videos were taken off, but the video was still there!  It almost feels like YouTube isn't fun to go to anymore, because things are getting taken off that I particularly like.  Has anyone come to notice that YouTube is starting to get strict?  Now don't get me wrong everyone, Youtube is a good site; it's just that they taken some stuff I like off, and I don't particularily like what they have done.

If anyone has any questions or any comments for me, I'll usually respond.  To all, have a great week and hope that everything turns out well in your neck of the woods!!  Thanks for reading and until next time. :D

i can see your point about full songs being posted there. My main problem is when videos are being taken down (or music removed) that only had a few seconds of a song, or was used in a parody.

When YouTube first came out it was awesome but, now they are getting strict.  On two of my videos I have had to do the AudioSwap feature which completely ruined my videos, well one of the anyways.  I just want the old YouTube back.     :-(   *sad face*

*Looks at the Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged Series* Its so cool it was banned from Youtube twice! Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged was a parody of well everything and used about 5 minutes of an Episode of Yu-Gi-Oh and some music and it was banned from youtube for this.

I actually almost stopped going there months ago,I still swing by once in a while to find a video a friend would tell me to watch once in a while.

What I always really liked about youtube was how open it was to any type of videos. For example I knew if I missed a Letterman interview it would be up on youtube the next day.

Wolverine: I actually watched an actual Avatar: The Last Airbender episode that didn't even hit the TV yet, and saw it on Youtube!!  It was definitely a once in a life-time deal.
