I actually got to playtest this game back when it was just a class project at NYU. If I recall correctly, the main designer Gabe first met Bennett Foddy as one of his students there
Lots of people here are poking fun. That's fair. All I know is that I dropped $30 to get a basic bundle that lets me play all of the early-access phases & the full game when it's out. I check in on it every few months to see what kind of progress they're making, & I'll be very excited to play the game at 1.0. It feels like I've gotten my money's worth, not like I've been scammed.
Gonna chime in to say I loved this Unfinished and hope we get more like it. Very cool to see Chris show off some snippets from the game's development. Yes, he spoke quickly, but he was very candid about the game and had some neat insights to share about how and why it's built the way it is. This Unfinished had a loose, UPF-like feel to it, and that's when Giant Bomb content tends to shine. Keep 'em comin', duders! Can't wait to Johnny English my way through some fancy cocktail parties, Chris!
