Holy damn! Did you play on Easy mode or just avoided doing Bounty Quest,I'm like 40 - 50 hours in and I'm not even half your level,and don't even have my strong familiars yet!

Oh I forgot! Catch a Deep Fry if you want too,I used it for awhile because of it's speed and it looks funny.

I have it on,at first I was debating if I should turn it off because the first few quest weren't that hard to find,but than after awhile it just became a challenge and with my marker on I thought to myself how long it would've taken with it off.

Actually I think the point when you really have to decide on familiars is probably when you're about to beat the game or after you beat the game. At the point you are I just stuck with my Mite and Lemur,and depending on which familiar you got from the Trials I stuck with the Sea Nyiad,and than I caught a Purrloiner for the fast speed and attack. I'm just listing the ones I mainly used by the way.

@Bourbon_Warrior: You won't be wanting to return it,KENNY! However if you read post above this game is freaking masterpiece,best JRPG in this genre,Persona 4 Golden in second.Persona 3 FES in third.

@bunnymud: Woah have you been training? I passed that part so far (not gonna spoil) and I'm still 40 - 50 hours in!

@Hizang: Yeah that was the biggest troll in the game in my opinion,and I wish they just do a whole entire dialogue for one specific _____ground,it would've been funny to hear them talking.

@sir_gunblade: You'll probably have to re-fight him again sadly.

I was level 36,but I think I was to overleveled since everything was so weak,all you have to do is buy the armor/weapons from Yule and get the ice resistance armor and you're practically good. All you really need to clear that dungeon is the Jack-in-the-Box merit award and just sneak up on every monster,and the only monster I had a problem with was Turban Legend but even still sneaking up on them was a really good strategy,I recommend getting it before you do the dungeon,it was my last dungeon I did because I lack water-resistance monsters but after I finished the first two I finally thought to myself "Why don't I just sneak up on them!?" However after getting all three stones I recommend you get to like level 40,because the next boss is kind of hard,I had to fight it solo and spent like so many MP pots.....

@D_Bones: The cat is good,but end-game he wouldn't be the best,when I say end-game I mean permanent godly familiar,probably good until you beat the game,I'd get the genuses for each party member though for dat extra boost,and Swaine is okay,just not for end-game,and try to get Tin man for Swaine,double tank and you're practically good with Bonehead and the Lemur.

There is nothing to not like about this game other than a New Game plus or an Hardcore Wizard mode in my opinion. The game starts off really nice with the nice soundtrack and gameplay,I believe the thing that gets you the most into the game is the familiars. It gives you a Pokemon feel to it,but even better,you have to catch all 400 and you train them,evolve them,etc. but doesn't have that hardcore EV training part too it. At the same time,the battle soundtrack never gets old,and as you get your party members it'll be kind of annoying since they use their MP so fast and die so fast,and well lets just say really dumb,you soon learn how to play them more and it makes the game more enjoyable,and traveling on a dragon is just so much better,soaring through the skies in the game. The game also has a really good storyline too in my opinion,a boy who looks to save his mum's soul mate,it's flipping amazing! Not just that,but you equip your familiars with numerous weapons making them stronger and even get to make it yourself. The boss battles are also really enjoyable,I only disliked one of them,but yeah,I recommend doing all the bounty quest for the boss early on so it's more challenging,I regret doing it on a higher level,because I really wanted to fight a competitive hard boss.

Also I'm point out that I didn't spoil anything since the game in the beginning already shows Oliver riding a dragon and I believe in the case too,however I do apologize if I did!
