The first game was fantastic, and this one has been great so far as well.

So far I've beaten the main first boss and from there it's really opened up.

Slight addition/correction from the video, the green orbs not only fill up your health when you collect enough, but extend your health bar slightly each time.

@vinny Any chance you could link to the mods you used? I started playing ME1 on PC earlier in the year, but the keyboard controls were pretty sucky so I kind dropped off.
