Awesome soundtracks

This is a list of games that all have amazing soundtracks that stand out in one way or another to me. 
 
It might be anything from super-catchy and memorable to hauntingly beautiful and moving, or just simply music that fits in extremely well with the actual game.

@Tordah: For me it's probably Chemical Plant, although I also remember that stage being a pain in the butt.
