my thoughts exactly.
The hype & excitment surrounding the game's release had me believing it was the greatest game of all time.
But since the honeymoon period has long since passed, I realize the game was merely "very good".

I had lots of fun with it, but it's not even the best open-world game out there. I enjoyed Saints Row 2, and Just Cause 2 more.

@Jasonofindy:
Well it's about TIME somebody brought up Civ 5! :)

But really, I'm not even worried about the fall line-up in the lest!.
I am still trying to get to all of the games that I have missed since this time LAST year.

Starcraft 2 (I am pricing out a new PC primarily for this as we speak)
Mafia 2
Dragon Age: Awakening (and all the other DLC)
Tropico 3

Alan Wake
Heavy Rain
Darksiders
Bioshock 2
Dantes Inferno
Metro 2033
Splinter Cell Conviction

ModNation Racers

Split Second
Blur
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Monday Night Combat
Limbo
Trine
Ratchet & Clank: Crack in Time
Left 4 Dead 2

The Sabouteur

And honestly, as much as I want to get to everything on my list...I could be perfectly content playing JUST DragonAge, Starcraft2 & Civ5 for the next year and a half.

Number Munchers in Grade 1, on the Apple II GS computers we had at school.

As for the 1st game I owned. It was Mario/Duck Hunt for the NES.

I don't have SC2 yet & haven't played SC1 in years, so pardon me if this is already used for something.... but, provided you have a newer mouse with a scroll-wheel that can also scroll left & right by tilting it in either direction, couldn't you bind the camera panning to the scroll-wheel instead of WASD? This seems way more functional to me since your right hand is already controlling movement anyways. This would allow the subtle camera movements without having to move your cursor, but would leave your left hand free for hotkeys.

I enjoy the wii-ware bit. Although, I like it better when they just read it in their normal-but-over-excited voices. The corny game descriptions with the wii-ware music backing it are just awesome.

But when they try to ham it up too much, it just takes away some of the humor for me.

That being said... I'd rather the segment stay as it is than leave entirely.

As already stated, it could be PSU problems. You could try replacing it, but before running out & getting new hardware, I would try a few things first....
Since it only started after you formatted, then it could be driver problems, or some bug in whatever version of Windows you're running. Try running all your windows updates, and get the latest video drivers for your card. If it still happens, try an older version of your video drivers.
If it still happens, then could be heat issues. check your bios to see how hot everything is running. Or download some software that will measure it for you.
Try taking the side of your case off & blow out any dust. Maybe you don't have proper air-flow.
Try leaving the side open while you run your games.

check msconfig & disable any programs from the startup that you do not need running. There could be something running in the background hogging a lot of your memory/cpu. Leave ONLY the processes running that you need to play your game & see if it still happens.

"The Sadies" have a very unique western-folk sound that you may like.
