All this means, if it means anything at all, is that one section of the game is difficult. This seems to have nothing to do with story, characters, setting, or gameplay for the rest of the game.

Yes, that specific portion that is giving trouble is worrisome, but the part I'm excited for, the only part I care about, doesn't seem to be affected. Hopefully we can just set it on easy at that point.

I'm excited. Mostly because I live in Seattle. Hopefully I'll be able to visit my building. I can say I've never seen Seattle virtually before.

That must have been a fantastic day when looking for music for Year of the Bow you stumble upon a song that repeats "bow" over and over. Can't fathom how long it took to find that.

@bolognarock: Well, probably a bug then. Only other thing is maybe try switching progressive to streaming, or vice-versa. Best to have someone who actually knows something to help ya. Hopefully they pop their heads in here.

Since I'm tight with with money, I don't like the idea of paying $80+ upfront for a game that I can get for $30 this time next year. Just me venting I suppose.

Now that BioShock Infinite is going to have a season pass, and the game doesn't have multiplayer (meaning the DLC won't be mp based, of which I don't care), I think I'll be waiting for the complete (or GOTY) edition sometime next year. I hate having to pay extra (got burned by Arkham City), and don't mind waiting. There are plenty of other games to play in between.

I don't really understand the point of DLC in a completely single player game. I never played Minerva's Den for BioShock 2, but that had more to do with I'd be paying more for the DLC than what I paid for the actual game. It's mostly either bad (Saint's Row 3), or completely irrelevant to the story (just side mission stuff).

I'm sure I'm in the minority (other wise they wouldn't be doing this), but now I'll get excited for the complete edition next year.

@bolognarock: Does it sometimes do it on longer YouTube videos on HD as well? I had the same problem you're describing with YT videos so maybe this'll help. Chrome uses a built in flash player that's different than the one you download and use for Firefox, Safari, etc. Essentially Chrome has 2 different versions of flash running at the same time (one is just not using many resources). It's pretty dumb and I'm not sure why do that.

So, you'll have to disable the built in version of flash and use the system wide version. Put chrome://plugins in your address bar. Click the Details plus sign in the upper right. Scroll down to flash. There should be two versions:

~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/PepperFlash/11.6.602.167/PepperFlashPlayer.plugin

~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/Flash Player.plugin

Disable the upper one (the pepperflash/chrome one).

That should work, it did for me. If you only have one version of flash, well then I have no idea. Hope this helps.

I guess I should have known since they say up top about spoilers, but it was so unnecessary to the conversation it caught me off-guard. Since I am only on Episode 1, I'm just going to assume the part he's referring to was with the tractor and all that. NO TELL ME OTHERWISE.
