@brayvonmartin Demon's Souls was my first as well, and was my favorite until I went back and played through it again after playing Dark Souls 1 and 2. Still has my favorite boss fights, though.

As for the OP, I'd definitely recommend playing Dark Souls before 3 comes out if you have the $20 to spare. Easily my favorite game of all time, and $20 on Steam is a steal (assuming you'd play it on PC).

Also @daveyo520, the many characters' stories are all tied together later on. It's a pretty enjoyable show and it never gets hard to follow despite the multiple story lines that are going on, which I find impressive.

It's been a while since I've seen it, but I didn't really like Shamballa. Maybe if it wasn't a follow up to the series, but it was, and I feel like it was completely out of place and a weak ending in general.

Will I be missing out on anything if I play it before I play Second Son instead of after?
