The fact that you aren't a native English speaking person doesn't make a difference, neither are Italian's and they don't call it Pizza Pie. I'm from Australia and we have a large Italian base here and no body calls it a Pizza Pie, just a Pizza. Having been to Italy as well I'm pretty sure I as far as memory serves no body called it a Pizza Pie. It seems to be an American based thing, but in saying that having eaten pizza in New York, I didn't see it be called Pizza Pie much there either, however it clearly is in parts such as Chicago especially, where I can maybe understand their adjustment to the name having deep dish pizza's that are more like Pies in depth but with Pizza toppings.

So I think in the end it comes down to where you are and how you make them as to how you name them. But traditionally Pizzas are just called Pizzas.
