I highly doubt North Koreans would know what WoW is. Their living conditions are too poor for them to be able to afford such luxuries. Also I doubt the government's stance towards video games is very favourable so it probably wouldn't be allowed into the country.
I thought the naming of the tiger was up to the player? If that is indeed the case then you have nothing to worry about because people will forget pretty quickly.
