CPUs usually aren't the gaming bottleneck, but your integrated video card might be borrowing CPU and memory. A dedicated video card will handle graphics better, but expect any graphics processing to eat your battery.
That said, PCs have a huge library of low-fi and 2D games which almost any hardware should be able to run.
