If you ever saw a South Park episode you will know how this game is. It uses many reference from the cartoon, although the story is original. Two kingdoms, fighting for the Stick of Truth, humans and elves. I didn't like that the player can't choose the character's gender, besides that there ar many options. Beautiful, eerie and weird horror game. Daniel, the protagonist enters this world of Swedish folklore, full with not so well-known creatures, who take childrens souls, leave strange clues, etc. The game itself is pretty short, but if you are interested you can read the Encyclopedia, and as the story continues the player gets pulled more and more into this dark world. It's a simple adventure, RPG game, with multiple choices to make for your heroes. This game had high expectations from everybody who ever played a Thief game. The developers didn't make a 100% job, but they did a pretty good job in my opinion. And after all the games released this year and last year, for me this is the best game I have played in years. This isn't a game for masses, not a first person shooter with high quality graphics. It isn't a whole world of role-playing with monsters, weapons and magic. This isn't a strategy game with huge armies to control. If you only play games because of these, then back away slowly from this game.
