This week's Bombcast had a real interesting discussion about Heart Of The Swarm and the way Blizzard's stories have been going recently. Both Brad and Patrick brought up a couple of articles which I'd really love to read (Brad's was about the similarities to Warcraft 3, Patrick's was the one analysiing a general trend of specific points about how Games can be so high budgeted and stories so similar/bad), and after a bit of googling, I'm still no closer to finding them.

I'd ask on Yahoo answers but y'know. Does anyone know the articles they were talking about?

Also, on a wider note, the phrase "There was an article in..." or some variant thereof came up hells of times in the show, as it is wont to do, and this got me thinking that there should be a place people can go and find the articles referenced within a Bombcast. The gang are too busy to cite themselves, and fact checking ruins podcasting as we all know, but I feel we should club together and make a forum thread like that, so that anyone listening along can see what they're referencing.

If you're gonna do it, may as well do it. And all of it.

Except Citadel, you should play buy that afterwards, so it only comes into the game as an Epilogue.

Along the lines of some of this thread: Bayonetta is a game about identity, and whether we can truly know who we are.

I would advise people to avoid youtube comments. Because they're youtube comments.

The excitement will return if it's reviewed well, but like others have said, announced too early, so the hype train dried out.

I liked Muse's first album and that was it. Trying too hard to be Queen exactly. Odd, considering The Black Parade is basically MCR trying to be queen and made a decent pop album whilst they were at it.

Muse kept the theatrics and added that Bellamy pretension, but seem to have forgotten how to make some good pop music.

GB isn't about instant news, Alex provides the important bullet points with his trademark dry commentary, and Patrick does researched, in depth features.

If you're only in the mood for one RTS, then play StarCraft WoL, because it's the best one.

But if you're interested in Red Alert too, it's by far the better deal, and it's single player is great.
