Can I vote for DiRT Rally? Because that was out on PC last year, but only REALLY was out when the console release hit shelves.
If so, can I vote for Assetto Corsa too? The game also was out on consoles this year... and is is a little like destiny, "games as a service", never reaaaally finished and growing with new dlc every few months.
I don't think I really liked any games that came out this year, Uncharted 2 was my favorite game of all time but I was so dis-hyped when UC4came out that I passed on it so far. I liked Doom, but that I only played 2 stages in 6 months says something about me and FPSs currently (Titanfall 2 would probably have went similarly). I spent ~400€ on Forza games this gen, but was bored and annoyed by Horizon 3. I regret not having played Gears, but I doubt I would have enthusiastically voted it #1. Assetto Corsa, this gens best racing game, only debuted on console in this year, so I can't vote for that... *sigh*
This could have been even better(!) had they used the racing wheel, damnit. They have such nice ones on both coasts, but practically never use them *sigh*
A part of me wants to believe that the money got to Palmer's head "Wolf of Wallstreet"-style and he just wanted to use his money to produce mischief from under the radar and watch the stupidity unfold.
Not really sold that this group actually reflects his political views. Either way, grow the fuck up, man. You know, "with great power comes yadda yadda". This goes for the presidential vote and the future of the whole world and the future of the people who you work with and now have to suffer through this shit.
@mems1224: Ok, coming from that side it probably sounds like a nice lore detail... and the car DOES look fantastic... the paint scheme Jeff and Drew used looked awesome as well. Maybe I'll tune in some huge toe-out angle on the rear to get a little bit of that effect back(hopefully they let us and don't limit fine-tuning to tire pressure).
@mems1224: right, is that also the reason why the GT-R and the 991-Porsche's don't have rear wheel steering modeled in the Forza games(no car has)? Manufacturers have found ways to make passive rear wheel steering not-twitchy at higer speeds and especially under braking since the 70s, active rear wheel steering cars dial the effect down and even reverse the geometry for high-speed steering, but seemingly that's too complicated in the "civilian" future.
Don't get me wrong, I have bought the standard edition of this game already and know for sure that I will like it, just like every Forza, but I will feel a little BS'ed driving this Warthog.
