unless i missed something you will get the censored version (which i also have and i still have even though i don't live there now)  that way they over censored it REALLY annoys i mean they could have toned it toned it down a little, but this is ridiculous bodies dissapear as soon as they die! 
 
you can change a number in the files somewhere and you can play with other people who have done that, no achieves though
