Yes, I was trying to make it very clear this isn't Jan's fault nor should it be his responsibility. He should be able to take his time, and to do that, we need something in place, at the site, that gives us the content while we wait.

Obviously Fandom put the site into an undesirable position, where turning content created into content viewable on the site became an even more difficult chore then before. But. Even before Fandom, some videos would take days to show up. And some were just never transferred over. (For instance there is at least one Sekiro video on Twitch that was just never put here).

So.

I propose an area on the front page with links to Twitch streams that haven't been converted yet. That way people on the site can watch content as it's created, and the team can just take them out of that queue once they're edited and placed on the site proper.

The website should be a one stop shop to see all the content, and no, needing to be there live for it is not a good answer.

Thoughts?

I'll just be happy if the site gets back to giving us the content when it's made.

@mekon: Gotcha that makes sense then. Hope he takes the reigns back eventually. No offense to Bakalar of course. I just feel I vibed more with where Gerstmann tended to take things then where things have been lately.

Speaking of both Jeff's, when and why did they switch roles? Why is Bakalar running Gerstmann's site? Will Gerstmann take the reins back at some point, or is this permanent?

Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury doesn't exist as an option, and I feel Bowser's Fury is a different enough experience that we should be able to vote for it.

Where can I submit questions for Grubbsnax if I'm not able to watch live?

I could understand this perspective if the person writing it always plays games on the default setting, so they're never engaged with the mechanics. These games are actually good, but many times don't show you this until you turn them up to a playable difficulty. 'hard' hasn't meant actually hard in a long time, and in a game like Spider-Man it just means you're going to have a reason to avoid damage and use more then basic attacks.
