does anyone know of a decent way to listen to this and watch on the same device? I can't subject my wife and kids to Smart House, as much as I have a sincere nostalgia for it. I need to be able to listen at the same time I stream disney+ on my phone, is that even possible? lol I know this is an obscure request but if anyone can help please @ me
@kiwi: yeah. I also don't wanna be the fucking podcast police here. I'm no angel, I listen to pretty problematic shit every week in my podcast rotation. But part of what makes GB special is how genuinely decent and kind it manages to be. "A safe space" is a joke term now but the Beastcast is usually a safe space, and that kind of thing has no place here.
Wish Abby hadn't said the stork looked like a burn victim as they were hurling mostly harmless and funny comparisons. Really insensitive, given the amount of listeners the show has, I think that the chances someone with severe burn scarring is probably listening to this and will be hurt by it. Vinny quickly tried to pivot after she said that, which was a very thoughtful, very Vinny move.
I know this might come off as like, too sensitive or PC or whatever, but this is a nice, very inclusive show and I found that pretty fucking tasteless.
love this shit, such a great mindless game that lets the team's vibes shine through. Brad discovering just how fun this game is with the right people as the stream progressed was very charming, he's a really interesting personality to mix in with the east coasters
