Ubisoft had the worst presenters by far, but the best game content, so they kinda win by default in my eyes.

Sony's wasn't half bad. Microsoft and Nintendo were equally bad, sadly...

If it had worked as intended, I wouldn't see any problem with it. For some weird reason, my university email is not accepted (@uit.no); I've tried signing up twice, and my account was rejected after a couple of months both times. That kinda sucks, but I'm not an active poster in any way, so it doesn't matter that much to me. It's still by far my favourite forum to lurk on.

I can totally see where they're coming from, though. It limits the amount of accounts one person can have, and it keeps trolls and idiots at bay. A ban is more meaningful if you can't just sign up again without going through some extra hoops, and their activation process takes forever, so you wouldn't be able to jump back into the fray right away anyway. And practically everyone's got access to a "premium" email account in some way, either through their parents, their ISP, their school or university, or their work.

It's nice we still have forums like this though, where everything you need to sign up is a regular old web-based email address.

Wow, that actually looks amazing. I really love the art style. Such a shame that it is an MMO though; I have no interest in playing it because of that, unless they fundamentally change the way MMOs are played. But very, very pretty nonetheless. It's a shame they didn't show any of it before they got into this financial mess.

I almost never pay the full $60 for games anymore, and I would stop altogether if the standard price was raised to $70. There's no reason to when most of the games I want to play are price dropped almost immediately out of the gate. I usually pick them up half a year later for about a third of the original price.

Catching up with season 2 now, just finished episode 3. I was a little bit worried by the casting choice made for Yara (Asha from the books), but I was wrong, she absolutely nails that character. Even if she looks nothing like I imagined her to look like from reading the books, I think I prefer this version of her actually. She looks like she could be Balon Greyjoy's daughter, and she's way more believable than a scantily clad skinny sex warrior viking.

My only criticism is that I feel they sometimes rush through scenes that were really profound in the books. Varys' riddle came across poorly in this episode, and much of the dialogue is given way too little breathing space. Hopefully, they'll start splitting the books across several seasons soon, otherwise they'll end up cramming way too much into one season, and they'll run out of books in a few years' time anyway.

I'm agnostic. I despise the term Atheist, i'm greek and it literally means "I have no god". It exudes total confidence and only an idiot would use it, its the pretence of of knowledge. Reality is created and its all perception, and if its something that's not part of you(even then I would get philosophical) then you don't know. Also another reason I hate calling myself Atheist is because Atheists have huge egos AND Atheist girls are much more likely to be sluts/whores, and if I ever have a child who is a girl I would like her to have a little depth and critical thought and I feel like making her Atheist over Agnostic would be the wrong path.

You can be both an agnostic and an atheist, they're not mutually exclusive. This is because they both deal with completely different questions; atheism being belief (or lack thereof) and agnosticism being knowledge. Atheism doesn't assert knowledge, it's simply lack of belief in a god. It's so simple it's practically a nonposition.

Like i said, Atheist in greek and its a greek word, Literally means "without god". I would be okay with "lack of belief" but that's not what the word means, and that's more into the agnostic territory, I don't believe in a god, and I don't NOT believe, I don't know.

Alright, so maybe something is lost in translation here, but what part of "without god" implies knowledge of the nonexistence of god? It seems to me that you're trying to assign more meaning to the word than it actually contains.

Hahaha, oh wow, dude. That's a great, hard-hitting argument against atheists right there. For someone who wants to teach depth and critical thought into their offspring, your post definitely comes across as pretty shallow and judgmental. I hope your girl learns the value of thinking for herself and not necessarily take daddy's world views as the absolute truth.

I'm on the atheist side of agnosticism. I can't know for sure that there isn't any god (or gods) out there, but nothing of what I've experienced so far in my life indicates the presence of any form of supernatural force whatsoever, so it would be illogical to assume that any god exists.

I was raised a Christian protestant, and my family on my father's side is mostly Jehova's Witnesses and absolutely crazy. They were probably the ones who drove me away from religion in the first place, though I'm confident I'd end up with the same conclusion sooner or later anyway. Oh, and my SO is a Buddhist and tried to convert me after we met, but I remain an atheist agnostic.

Opera! I've synced the browser on my desktop PC, laptop and phone, so that I always have my bookmarks and speed dial updated just the way I want it. On my iPhone, Opera Mini has cut my data usage by 3/4. And on my main computers I just can't browse effectively without mouse gestures. (Sure, there are addons you can get for the other browsers, but why bother when Opera comes with it already installed?)

Awesome! Didn't expect it to be free, but I guess it makes sense considering they probably make a crapload of money off of people buying equipment packs and the like. Introducing more stuff into the equipment and character pool for free probably makes them more money in the long run.
