I love Abby, I really do. I think she's an awesome addition to the team.
That said, her not liking games where she thinks women are sexualized despite not playing them is just... frustrating. First Bayonetta, now Nier Automata.
@vicious17: Changing the difficulty to Hard will increase the aggression of enemies so they attack more frequently, but keeps damage values the same. Very Hard will make them even more aggressive and also hit harder.
Some of the devs suggested using hard from the start because of this and I agree with them. You can adjust it on the fly at any time so give it a shot.
Oh that is awesome, thank you! I assumed hard would just give them more HP and stuff. Gonna change it to hard.
Bought this last night. Runs well on my PC (i5 4690, 970). Fun game, love the atmosphere and the visuals. Fights havent been hard, at least not yet. The dodge roll has way tioo many invincibility frames.
I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something extremely off putting with the mech Ben was using. It might be the Voldo-esque claw weapons, or the crotch rockets. or just its general appearance, but no thank you.
As someone who really liked the first game, I'm not feeling this at all. Its menus on menus on menus, followed by a short, often easy fight, and then you're back to sorting through menus.
