@vinny Unfortunately those Scion mirrors don't fold. Mine was left dangling from the wires when someone swiped it driving past. Also just taped it up to keep it in place before I glued it back in.
To Vinny on EG2: I'm surprised you didn't mention any bugs. In my 50+ hours of play, I've run into so many and have seen plenty of people on the Rebellion discord mention game-breaking ones as well. Along with the overall lack of information presentation and generally poor AI, I also have similar complaints on balance. It has so many flaws, but it still fills a void in which there are not many games that can do the same.
So glad to hear from someone else playing it! You'll hear more detail of some of those issues in the QL tomorrow, but I haven't run into too many bugs... at least that I know about. Sometimes it's hard to know if minions are acting a certain way intentionally or something is broken.
Please someone tell me I'm not going crazy, and there's really some window stuck on the right hand side of this video for the entire length! Even during the main menu. How would nobody remark on this yet? It's the aliens' work.
About halfway through the audio is noticeably out of sync. Probably a half of a second by the end, maybe a bit more.
I just want to confirm so I can look into it, are you saying the video and audio are out of sync or a particular person's audio has gone out of sync on the audio version? Thanks.
@vinnyI think you're going to have to keep in game audio running when you do something what you guys did Friday. DMCA shit is so strict now. I'm not sure how you guys had stuff muted for like 15 seconds though.
The dropped audio is just a by-product of me not realizing some of the presets and triggers in VMix combined with how I was monitoring audio. The way VMix was setup it would kill audio output when certain scenes were made live. I didn't realize what was happening at first. User error.
Vinny mentioned that you are definitively playing as Michael. Do they ever explicitly state in the game which one of the two characters you're controlling? Maybe it's alluded to somewhere that you are controlling explicitly either Kenzie or Michael, and I just missed it? I thought it was actually kind of interesting that they kept that vague, but maybe i'm just thick.
You know, this might be right. In my head it was him saying all that stuff, but I'm not sure they specifically lock it in. They use some pet names throughout, but having trouble recalling a specific moment of identifying the person. Interesting.
