If this is official then it's the laziest concept art I've ever seen. They literally just took Link's attire and put it on a woman...

I'm all for a Zelda game with a female protagonist, but it wouldn't mean anythingif Nintendo made it and stuck to the formula (which I can see them doing). What would be the difference if it's the same story of a elf girl who finds the magic sword, never ever talks, visits a set of different dungeons, gets a pony/boat/train/bird, defeats an ancient evil, saves the world/kingdom?

You could literally put anything in Link's place and it wouldn't make a difference. Put a talking cat, a sentient toaster oven, a Tupac hologram....because the gameplay would be the same.

Give us the option to choose Link's gender in the next Zelda, or just make her a girl, I'm all for it, but don't be surprised if it makes absolutely no difference in the game. Link never talks, he/she would still be the same soulless vessel with no personality or character. I guess my problem is bigger than just Zelda. If a game is going to give me the option to choose between different races and genders, then give it some meaning, don't just do it because.

add MCC to that, that LOTR game, new pokemans, james cameron's ridley scott's Alien, Forzi Horizi, Resident Evil Within, the new Fast n Furious game to that list and that's what I want to play this fall.

It's a good thing the price of these remasters is never factored into the reviews.

Okay I'll agree that any vehicle besides a horse would be extremely difficult to use on the terrain in a fallout game. All those bumps on the road, rocks to climb, radioactive streams, etc...

However, there were rumors that the next game would deal with androids, and the possibility of the player actually being a cyborg or some sort of machine instead of a human. Now what if that was true and as it turns out that as a robot man you have a crazy dash move or super sprint or super jump or hover feet or whatever that would be a great help in getting around.

Would that be out of place in Fallout?

I just love the "glitches make this thing bullshit" people. If ya'll even attempted to successfully pull off a single glitch in a game like OOT you would quickly change your minds. Cosmo built his route for the game around pulling off a single near impossible glitch that allows you to skip getting the sword as a child. Only one other OOT runner uses this route because pulling off the glitch is so damn hard and pretty much decides if your run has failed or not.

Hey if you don't enjoy watching any% runs that's okay, but don't go around criticizing the entire category just because.

It's the exact same mentality where people go "I don't want to lift weights cause I don't want to end up looking like Arnold". Ha yeah that doesn't just happen. Even if you tried you would probably never ever come close to that. Just pure ignorance...

It's cool that you might interview Cosmo. I'm sure it will be good Patrick.

Lesson is, nobody mentions the early games in a generation either because they are simply forgotten or because they are eclipsed by subsequent, more advanced, games.

Can we all at least agree that Skyrim, Red Dead Redemption, Uncharted 2 and Call of Duty 4 are considered amongst the most influential, best remembered and most popular 7th gen games? I feel like this list and the GB forums help cement that statement.

I feel like the last generation was perhaps the hardest for me to come up with 10 (forget about 5) favorite games of the gen....so many great games came out :)

It's impossible to say what this man's highlights are because the entire playlist of his videos is a highlight. If I had to choose a favorite of his:
