@substance_d: The video files have different framerates which means I can't really render out on the original fps. I'm not sure how dailymotion handles framerate, I've only seen that they prefer 25 fps.
I couldn't agree with you more! CSGO had an update last year that added straps so that the guns was strapped to the player model's backpack or back, which was an huge improvement for me. The gun even moves as you run which sells it even more! Another example is MGS5, big boss has his rifle slung (in a weird way I would say, but it works) which looks great when you do stuff with your hands that isn't rifle stuff.
I'm huge on small details like this, and it will leave an impact on me if a game does small details well.
@citizencoffeecake: Oh shit, thank you guys for letting me know. Yeah, got some copyright stuff on it. I'll work on uploading it to some other sites! I'll update when it's up!
I didn't play Bloodbourne, so I'm excited for a new souls game. It's been a while since I played Ds2 and I've been itching for some souls gameplay recently, so I feel that Ds3's release is pretty timely.
@pan_satiros: Yeah, I really enjoy his writing style and how serious he is with his science, even going so far as to cite the research papers he used in Echopraxia! I haven't found another author that scratches that itch yet.
The book Blindsight is, philosophically, an extremely depressing and cynical book in my eyes. It's a sci-fi book that questions a lot of things we as humans take for granted about our selves, and goes some dark places. It's also very interesting and thrilling. Though it's not a book for everyone, it's on the hard scale of hard sci-fi. But it has stuck with me several months after reading it and is probably the piece of media that has touched me the most directly.
Probably not what you were looking for, but I thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone was interested.
