I actually purchased an Xbox for this game on its launch day, though somehow after about a week it got lost in the shuffle between playing other games with friends and a newfound World of Warcraft habit. I don't own the Xbox anymore, but picking up L4D2 on PC to play with a friend brought me back to this game as well. And now nearly a year and a half after its release I finally have all of the campaign achievements. Go figure.

You never actually "complete" TF2, but I have spent a good 100 plus hours with this since reconnecting with it earlier this year, and it's only June. I think that earns it a solid spot on my 2010 list.

Short and sweet. Beat the normal campaign in about three hours with some friends, and that was with significant trouble on one of the missions. Can't wait to get in and play some community created stuff.

I had a weird mental block with this one. It's Rapture, it has some mechanical improvements, and it should have been a no-brainer since I am a huge (if newly-minted) Rapture fangirl. I had an awful time trying to find my flow with Bioshock 2 for whatever reason, but once I managed to pull myself over that mental hurdle I had a great time with it. The story was fairly simply and linear, but it wrapped up much more satisfyingly than its predecessor.
