I just finished Mass Effect a few minutes ago. on Pc..  The game started out slow, but turned out to be awesome.  Checking the achievements, I had to have missed a few parts of the game.  No love affairs, etc. I'm ready to transfer my saved game and start Mass Effect 2.  I was just wandering was there more to one ending in the first Mass Effect.  I finished with My Shepard at level 37

Since I built this bad ass computer for xmas and the the steam sale., I am gradually moving more to the PC for all my gaming needs.  I have not played my wii since mario world., I'm on chapter 18 in Uncharted 2 (but do not know when I will finish it )  and I'm on the final boss in Darksiders on my 360.  I played  MassEffect on the 360 but for some reason since I have bought it on steam ($5) , the game has me sucked in completely.  I love achievements which lately has seems like like the onlly reason I am on the the 360, besides MW2.H as anyone made the moved to  PC gaming unexpectingly.  It is a better Platform  compared to the games I have been playing. Doed anyone feel the same

I just beat the spider boss to get the final heart in Darksiders.  Yesterday, I could not beat her after five tries.  Today on my second attempt, she fell victim to chaoseater.  Darksiders is more than I had expected it to be.  It has an old school feel that I have not seen since (I hate to say it but) Zelda.  What I wanted to know was were there parts of videogames that seemed impossible to beat one moment, but then when you come back to it, you get pass or beat some boss like it was nothing.  Are there any examples you would like to share. 
 
The missile base in COD4 on veteran is probably my roughest moment in gaming.  I stopped  playing  the game for a few months, needless to say I sat down one afternoon, and finished COD4 and I think I only died about 3 or 4 times.  I could not believe it

I know this has been said before somewhere, but this year I plan to finish every game I play.  Right now I'm playing Darksiders. It is a pretty good game so far.  Mw2 still has its hooks in me so it will probably take me longer than I expect to finish Darksiders.   

There are so many games out there that I have started, but have never finish.  Not because I did not like the game but mostly because I move on to the next thing meaning to go back but never do.  This year will be different(I hope). I might not be able to play as many games this year, because of the games I want to tackle.  It seems like every game is a big one.  Finish  AC2, Borderlands, DAO, ME2, Darksiders, Bayonetta, and Dante's Inferno, and god of war. wish me luck

I've been really struggling about this new PC I am about to build.  I have a core 2 duo 2.66 with a 4870.  I have my mind set on a 5870.  When it comes to the cpu I keep going back and forth between the i7 860 and the i7 920.  right now I am leaning towards the 920 I have found some pretty good deals plus I like to tinker with my PC's.  Just looking for any opinions and suggestions

I finally got a nice pretty 1920x1080 monitor for my pc.  I also love achievements.  I hear doa is best played on a pc, but is it game changing better or just prettier.  I know im alittle late just looking for some input

This past weekend I beat mw2 on veteran. It only took me two and a half days to complete this achievement. I'm not the best gamer in the world, but I have been hearing how hard and aggravating it is to play on hardened.  I do agree it is hard, but it was not as hard as cod4. Well maybe that level in Brazil, which is just unfair.  I quit cod4 for about 4 months before I went back in to finish the torture treatment. Maybe I'm becoming better at fps's, but does anyone think cod4 was harder than mw2?

This weekend and probably for the rest of the week will be all about Borderlands and uncharted 2.  I started Uncharted yesterday and I'm on chapter 14 or 15.  I'm at some aggravating boss battle. The cut scenes flow with the game play and I'm always wondering what is next.  I do not like the ps3 controller, but this is one the best games i have played in a long time.  I have not played any multi-player so I don't if it is fun or not.  Borderlands is all about playing with friends.  I have been playing with my kids and we are having a ball.  What ever story the games has I could not tell you, because my kids 'run and gun' through the game and when I'm reading they are looking for the next big gun.  When I'm at work I will try to catch up on the story.  I would recommend those games to anyone who is looking for some fun.

Just wanted to give my two cents on the game after a couple of hours with the game.  I'm not a metal fan, so all the music stuff does not woo me.  But so far the game is o.k.  It is a very different game than what I thought it would be.I guess you could call it an action/rts with sandbox driving in it.  I stopped at a side quest where I had to help with an ambush.  I finished off the enemies looking for the brutal victory, but it never came.I ran around the whole area looking for a clue or a sign, or something.  After 10 minutes of running around, I left the area and quit out of the game.  I'm going to try to finish the game.  It is funny and I like the animations.  The bad things about the game is there is alot of pop up or draw ins (whatever the term is) .  When I was racing, the background was feeling in as I was passing it. Secondly, the game does not help you.  It lets you make a fool out of yourself a few before it says "Try pushing x to kill y"  Maybe I'm just spoiled but a couple times I felt they could have given a better hint  before the quest or battle started.
