Is your motherbase full? They might be getting discharged automatically because their stats are too low

It was fun just sending poorly named pokemon to other people. The GTS is where it's at though, got all of the gen 1/gen 6 starters just putting up Houndours.
It takes a while to adjust because it's accelerated. I think more people would like it if it was static, like most games, instead.
