Man, I thought the younger people of the staff watching some of the old Gamespot docs would be interesting perspective, but I'm 15 minutes in and it's a good indicator as to why I dislike most "react" videos these days. Too much talking, not enough paying attention to understand context. Why bother by that point?
Probably could've saved the discussion before and after the video, but whatever. Avocados.
The bit managed to take away from two possibly interesting streams. It was pretty yikes when the room was dead quiet during the man beating a child scene in The Quiet Man and Alex is in the corner still pretending to be mad for 20 minutes.
Not trying to discourage GB from experimenting, but maybe leave the improv to Abby.
Weird how Kurt Rambis is in this. I checked and his brief IMDB page is mostly him playing himself. This is one of the very few roles where he played someone else.
Correct. DR1 was developed by Capcom's main Japanese studio. 2-4 was Vancouver (Blue Castle Games).
EDIT: for those asking, Vancouver did this - Dead Rising 2: Off the Record - which is Dead Rising 2 but with Frank West instead of Chuck Greene (original protagonist).
I feel for Jeff. I had to give up on MLB The Show because each year felt like diminishing returns.
There are superficial changes each iteration to persuade the masses, but many gameplay/presentation flaws still exist for years because they aren't worth the time tweaking in development.
Dan thinking Spider-Man villains are dopes, when they can range from scientists, doctors, engineers, industrialists, businessmen, and interstellar beings.
