OMG WHAT IS THIS I'M SO EXCITED
Holy crap. I just realized what Jeff's, "Art thou bored?!" is from during the beginning of this episode. During the WWE All-Stars TNT with Jared Rea when all they were doing is talking about WWE, Jeff talked about Macho Man and his commercial where he says that line. I highly doubt anyone is going to read this. This is merely a memo for myself.
It's a Slim Jim ad where Macho Man explodes out of a tower in a high school play version of Romeo and Juliet.
Someone read it.
My god. I wrote that comment 7 years ago, and even I had forgot about it. Thank you for bringing this back into my life.
Does Brad talk about the performance among the consoles and PC? I don't want to watch because this is game I know I'm going to play, but I would like to know which platform is best to play it on. Thanks!
i almost died laughing in the car when the porn-loving solid snake called in
of COURSE sekiro is greg's favorite game haha. fast paced ninja action. great list! love reading greg's writing, and it's the guest list i always look forward to the most every year.
i love this
Could not agree more. That's one of the reasons why I didn't like Super Mario 3D Land/World as much as other Mario games. A lot of the challenge was hidden behind collecting the 3 Star Coins, when I wished the challenge was the actual platforming itself.
Also, the reason I found your comment because I was hoping someone else recognized the Rayman similarities, especially in regards to the ukulele cues.
Those ukulele sound effects at the end of levels are very Rayman.
This game looks alright. I wish there wasn't so much emphasis on collectibles, though. I play games like this for the sheer joy of platforming challenges, not puzzles and hidden objects. I get that they are a big part of the genre in many similar games, but to me they just slow everything down. I prefer the Meat Boy / Celeste approach.
minor typo: "Zack" should be "Zach". love ya jan
that number 1 of bde's top 10 was one of the best roasts i've ever seen lol
