2014: Reviewsical the Musical!
For the last three years I’ve cataloged every game, movie, television series, live show, and book that I’ve consumed within that year. Why? Mostly because it’s fun, but also because it’s oddly fascinating. I spend a great deal of time wrapped up in the vast worlds that inhabit each one of those categories, listing them feels like I’m making a photo album. One that I can look at and see what simply made me smile, what made me think, what made me scared, what made me all mushy gushy and everything inbetween. You know, Memories.
And since picking favorites pushes you to actually consider what aspects affect and matter to you more, below are my favorite experiences from each format this past year. Followed by the full list of everything I’ve watched, engaged, played and otherwise, all broken down and rated out of a score of “10”, which is based entirely on personnel preference, which is the best kind of preference.
