Sony understood what gamers really want. They don't want gimmicks. They don't want to perform exaggerated gestures to perform simple tasks that could be activated by a simple button press. What the fuck is wrong with pushing a button?

ya I know I'm onto something, didn't you guys know Twilight Princess got a 9.7 on GT? a .6 drop, when there is obvious improvement, says something.

Cuz standards have risen.

This game is fucking awesome. It plays nothing like NSMB. It feels completely different from other Mario games... I'm almost finished with this game (on world 8) and although it's fairly short, every level feels unique and I'll also go on to say that this game features some of the best level design yet. The 3D is also used perfectly. It enhances the game and doesn't feel tacked on (as it was in OoT).

I've heard there's a secret after you complete the main game which adds much more content... if true, that's great. But I already feel like I got my money's worth.

I purchased both BF3 and MW3. I have to say I'm enjoying MW3 a whole heck of a lot more, despite the fact that it's the same formula recycled over the past 4 -5 years. It just... works. The game is snappy and fun, and easy to get into after a day at work. I use to love Battlefield, but as I get older, I find myself having less patience for games. BF3 is just too slow and the learning curve is much steeper. It just loses my interest before I can get into it.

I think it's pretty sad that some people have nothing better to do with their lives than troll on a site most people have never heard of or care about.

I played Battlefront to death when I didn't have online gaming. It felt like an online game... well, not exactly, but it was the closest damn thing at the time. I played both the original and sequel far more than I should have... It wasn't an amazing game, it just did what no other game did, enabling me to fight those epic wars from my favorite Star Wars films. The PSP titles which came afterward pale in comparison. I think they lost focus of what made Battlefront great, and the graphics were horrendous. I used to dream of what a modern Battlefront on a next gen console would be like, but now I've given up on the idea, since Lucas Arts seem to not like money.

Starhawk looks to fill that void nicely.
