I got Mega Man 9 on XBLA last week.  After playing the PSN demo a ton it felt good to acctuly have the real game.  Its a great game feels just like the good old Mega Man shit.  I think it definetly rivals even Mega Man II.  Have any of you guys downloaded it?  Im not gonna go on too much about it but yeah its a great game.  I just beat it for the second time and beat it in 45 min and 53 seconds and did not die once it was fuckin hard! Heres proof.

I havent writen anything lately so I thought I would.  First of all I finally finished Eternal Sonata yesterday, I have been borrowing that game from a friend for about a year now, because at first I played a ton of it for about 3 or 4 days.  Then I got stuck on one of the puzzles. So I stoped playing it for a while and then a few months ago I tryed it again and got stuck on a boss.  Then finally about 3 days ago I started grinding my level up and beat the game.  I actully really enjoyed the game, But I dident like the ending that much.

I also downloaded the demo for Mega Man 9 off PSN on thursday. I really want to get it but I dont want to spend my money... So I will have too wait till the XBLA release this week because I got a spare 800 MSP.  I played the demo level which is Concrete man and it was great it felt just like the good ol' Mega Man none of that new card game shit or the ZX or Z series which im not too big of a fan of. I really think that Capcom needs to do this more with Mega Man to really save the series like makeing a new game to the Legends series and remake the Mega Man X 2 and 3 like the did Mavrick hunter that would be soo fuckin cool.

I have been playing a little of The World Ends With You here and there and I really am enjoying the game.  Its so unique and original.  I really love the artistic style of it too. The thing about it is though its really hard for me to comit to handheld game just because im more of a console person. Im about 20 hours into it and a little over half way through it.

I got Battlefield Bad Company for 360 off Goozex a few days ago. I beat it and its alright, nothing really that special about it but its pretty fun.  Im trying not to buy any games between now and Fable 2 in order to save money for this hoilday season.  But im really on the verg of geting Wario Land Shake it for Wii but I need to fight the temtation. Have any of you guys gotten it or played it yet? Thats about all for today Peace.

As some of you know Spore came out yesterday and I really was not planing on getting it.  But yesterday I was at Best Buy and my friend kept on texting me about how cool the game was, so while I was at Best Buy I had two games in my hand. One was The World Ends With You for DS (Which I have been wanting to get for some time now), and the other Spore. So I got Spore dont know why just did.

After installing the game I started playing it from the single cell stage where you swim around and collect meat thus growing larger and being able to have more points to buy parts. I thought its was pretty cool but not that great.  Then I got to the creature stage where you get legs and arms. Which very much resembles a MMORPG.  And that stage was very fun and addicting....very addicting.  After spending some time finshing that stage, and about an hour customizeing my Creature I was able to move on to trible stage.  Which is pretty much an RTS but very basic. Thats where I am currently.

Have any of you picked up spore?

So I know alot of you guy's are really looking forward to the new music games comeing out this year (Rock Band 2, Guitar Hero WT, Rock Revolution).  And I just want to say I am not ripping on you for likeing music games its just my opinion so anyways...

I have been playing the Guitar Hero franchise since it first came out on PS2 a few years ago. My friend had it and we played it a ton.  But after four years of the same I am leaning away from these games.  I see it as the same game with a few new features and new songs, which dont get me wrong I really like.  But after so long it reaches a point where its like why am I playing this.  I mean sure its fun but really why am I playing this? All you are doing is practiceing and getting better at hitting notes come at you.  It just dosent feel original any more just the same as the one before. And there is almost no connection to actully playing a guitar.  Yes I know that it is fun but, im over that I want something that is fun but is more then that something new and different. 

My second point about music games is something that will pretain too most of you out there, and that is money. How long will they keep on makeing slight adjustments to the instruments and makeing us pay fuckin $200 for it. Seriously what the fuck is up with that.  Is it really worth it, just give that a thought for a second.  How I see it is that I could buy about 4 games for the price of Guitar Hero World Tour. 4 games that is a good amount of games.  For the Price of Guitar Hero WT you could get 4 different experiances. Also alot more play time too sure you get alot of play time in on those games but I would get alot more out of 4. 4>1.....Thats how I see it. Ok now that I got that out of my system what do you guys think about Music Games?


In Other News
I started playing God of War II a few days ago and I like it.  Im pretty close too the end, I should be done with it in a few days.  Also I beat Devil May Cry 2 a few days ago, and that game sucked sucked, now im on too the third one and I will be done with all the PS2 games I bought once I got my PS3.  I will also be picking up Star Wars the Force Unleashed for 360. Also I got most of the Acheivements in Bionic Commando Rearmed with the help of DeVeAn here on Giant Bomb and GameSpot.  I am going too try and beat Ninja Gaiden 2 on mentor difficulty but that shits hard man, I got a little help from JonnyAvacado but that shit is hard haha.

These are the games I am going to try and get this year.
Some what in order of what I want the most but not really....

Wario Land Shake it (Wii): The reason I want this is because I have been a fan of the old WarioLands for Gameboy back in the day.

Chrono Trigger (DS): I rented this game a few times way back when but never beat it so im gonna try and beat the DS version.

Star Wars the Force Unleashed (360): I really enjoyed the demo and I am a big Star Wars fan so this is a must buy for me.

Mirrors Edge (360): Looks like an original idea for FPS so I am very intrested on how it ends up.

Dead Space (360): It looks alot like RE 4 which I like it looks pretty creepy which is a plus.

Lord of the Rings Conquest (360): I really liked Battle Front so I am excited to see what Pandemic is bringing to this game.

Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts (360): I know alot of you guys dont like it but I am still intrested in it and its only $40 so who can complain.

Far Cry 2 (360): I have always been a big fan of the Far Cry series. Plus the game just looks great.

Left 4 Dead (360): Looks great and very intense gameplay. Plus im a sucker for zombie games.

Little Big Planet (PS3): Looks really fun and super original which I dig.

Gears of War 2 (360): Looks great.  Dosent look to diffrent from the original but I loved that one so whatever.

Fallout 3 (360): This game looks Amazeing. I love the post apacolyptic theme. And I love a good RPG.

Fable II (360): I have been excited about this game ever since it was announced.  I cannot wait to play this game. Every aspect of it looks intuitive fun. This is my most anticipated game of this holiday season.

Summer has gone by way too fast but what are ya gonna do.  School starts on thursday......eww. I have been really board lately so I have gotten alot a gameing in. I played alot of Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Holy Shit that game piss's me off there are so many parts where it's just straight up cheap. But whatever its still fun. Also I played Star Wars The Force Unleashed demo and I have to say I really like it. Every thing works and its not broken. It also gives me that good ole' classic Star Wars feeling.  Also I gotta pick up some MS points so I can get Castle Crashers and Mega Man 9. Are any of you guys getting Castle Crashers if you are hit me up on Live and we will Co-op it up.  As far as XBLA games I have been playing Fable 2 Pub Games (Which I did not buy but got it for reserveing Fable 2). And I gliched my way through it  to get all the unique Items (With the help of Homes here on Giant Bomb and Gamespot). Thats about the only way too do it, and I tried not to over glich money so the real game is still fun. I also got Bionic Commando Rearmed which is so tight.  They did just about everything right in that game. Except for the last level that is which is overly long and difficult. But I will get over it. And Zack and Wiki is being sent to me via Goozex so that should be here soon.  Well thats about all I have been doing gameing wise.

I got uncharted in the mail today and I poped it in and the update poped up so of course I clicked on download.  So it started out fine then...... it just stoped at 5% so I let it be then it said there was an error. So I shruged it off and went and tryed it again and it did the same thing it just stops some where around 2-6% so I tryed a bunch of diffrent stuff and its not my connection. Because I can do everything like regular on PSN. And XBL works fine so does the computer. I tryed to get it to work for 2 hours and im a wits end so please could you guys give me your input. Or tell me what happend when you downloaded it. Please im fuckin pissed I need help haha.

So im gonna save up some cash for a PS3 game.  I am decideing between Uncharted Drakes fortune or Rachet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction.

Also got Geometry Wars 2 and its great.
