It's between 2012 and 2013 for me. I think i'm going to have to go for the former as that was when my favourite game of all time - Risen 2: Dark Waters - was released. The Darkness II, Mass Effect 3 and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron are also games i love very much.
In addition to this, you also had the likes of Kingdoms of Amalur, Binary Domain, Spec Ops: The Line, The Walking Dead, Sleeping Dogs, Borderlands 2, Dishonoured, Xcom, Far Cry 3 and Black Ops II.
