My Top 10 Games

Games I might have put on this list if I was intoxicated:

Team Fortress 2, Twilight Princess, Super Mario World, Smash 4, Kirby Super Star, Street Fighter 4, Mother 3, Earthbound, Final Fantasy 6, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Overwatch, Bastion, Deadly Premination and Pikmin 3

List items

  • This is my biggest turn around on a game ever, when I first played it I hated the controls, and still do, but as I went through it I fell in love with everything else and learned to adapt to the controls. I recently attempted a second play through of this and go to the end, but couldn't bring myself to kill The Boss again. The most flawed perfect game out there.

  • Chrono Trigger is what I think of when I hear RPG, the game has fun combat, fun characters and beautify blends the different time periods, without it feeling jarring. If I could only recommend one game on the list it would be this one.

  • Such a wordy game needs a wordy description. I love everything about this game and I was hooked from the opening until the end. I love the low poly end of the PS1 look and blends beautifully with the fairy tale art style in a story that is adult enough for children and adults, without being overly depressing. I love each and every party member and its they are all unique as both characters and abilities leading to any 4 being able to work as a team. Speaking of abilities, you learn both abilites and passive abilites through weapons, encouraging you to use and craft a bunch of weapons. I'm gonna stop here in short of writing a synopsis, but if you haven't played this pick it up on steam or PS Store.

  • Each main line Pokemon game is tied for my love,

  • My favorite game in the series is the one in the middle that does little for the overarching plot

  • I really like Super star, but I also really King Dedede and 3 of my friends.

Super star is also a challenging game compared to Dream Land, which is just a casual chill experience, which is what I want from a Kirby game
