So This game, which I have been waiting for for ages, is finally out, for Ipads and Android devices. I like it a lot! I've played the physical game before, and it was easier to figure out things, but I feel it might not be intuitive to any person.

It's also free to play, BUT you can get everything for about 24 bucks. Considering that the physical version (one starter, 5 expansions) is closer to 150, that is a stone cold value!

Also, Austin mentioned it on the Beastcast, and I hope we get a quick look. It is made by Obsidian, after all!

Anyway, what do you all think?

I was disappointed that the game was delayed, but I think it will be for the best. I really love the physical game, so the digital should be fun.

For those who are playing it, how challenging is it? I would be willing to throw down, but I heard it was rather easy. I'm not looking for a darkest dungeon, but I also don't want something that's boring.

I'm not encountering framrate issues per say, but the load times are really bad. I'm kind of slightly below minimum requirements on mac (have a intel iris instead of the intel iris pro), but it's really bad, especially in the tutorial when it would take minutes for people to tell me things. I really hope they start optimizing things post-release.

Mac OSX 10.11.3

2.6 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

ntel Iris 1536 MB

@shagge: Yeah, they also did most if not all of the music for the game. It's real good.

@onemanarmyy: I mean, you still have to kill people, but you also aren't incentivized to do so. I guess it's less of a heist, and more of a pirating simulator, but I do like the risk-reward thing going on.

I'm playing it! I really like it. It's very much a turn based tactics, but there's still a "Heist" feel to it, as you do not get ex from icing dudes. You have to get out of there at the end of every mission, and oftentimes enemies keep spawning, so to get all the swag, you need to keep on slogging. Also really like the characters and the fact that Steam Powered Giraffe is in the game.

It's pretty fun! I love the new characters, especially Barnaby. Have yet to play online on the PC.

The only downside that I have is the fact that you have to wait for other players to take their turn, which is somewhat annoying, and you can only speed the animations up so much. But, even so, this seems like an awesome game!

Aren't some of the updates like the Party AI and the respecing good for vanilla PoE? I seem to recall this happening.
