having just played this i couldn't disagree more with a review, the story was fine i liked it alot. In fact I would say it's the best far cry to date.
The setting was amazing and fun to go around hunting,fishing driving flying and such my only criticism would be it did not really do anything new, but it was polished in everything it did.
i personally think this was easily a four star game
Palmer luckey incident was the result of fake news, he was never seriously linked to these hate groups,there was never any indication of racism or white supremacism from luckey, i think most peoples problem with luckey was he is a trump supporter as are 61,900,651 other americans, it's obvious alex position on trump and you can tell that's why alex is so pissed.
on the whole i think palmer was fucked over by fake bullshit (im not denying the memes im saying they were not racist or white supremacist) and the phrase By itself, simply voting for Trump does not a "Hottest Mess" make shows how they feel about him voting trump.
i think giant bomb should stay away from politics because you will only end up pissing half your subscribers off and end up loosing paid subscribers.
