I don't like to disagree with people but, there are tons of people who subscribe to Game Informer. Someone out there will notice and post a message about it. The debris a lot like what the OP suggests it looks like. Besides, the ensuing comments make the thread worth it.

It took me a while too, Jayge.  I thought someone had actually posted a pair of balls or something on the page, and just kept saying "dood, there are no genitals on here, this would be an epic fail of an epic fail".

From what I'm to understand, the explosion is supposed to come from the END of the penis.  Therefore, I think THQ still has a little polishing work to do on this game before they release it to retail.

That's weird. The shadow on it seems to dark when comparing to the rest of the picture. That penis seems to be out of place, bu maybe it looks so because it's a still image.
