Im running that same processor, but with an ATI 4870 and it runs fine. I dont know anything about that graphics card though so i couldnt tell you if it will run well or not.

I pretty much am out of games to play, beat Mass Effect 2, played through Call of Pripyat, which didnt really take much time at all. So BFBC2 is really the only thing to play, though i have been sinking a bit of my time into those free CnC games.
