Sure, it's more Mario Kart, and the character selection for the game is ... questionable. It's a gorgeous, fun, smooth, and addictive multiplayer experience though.

Rosangela Blackwell is one of the best-written female characters I can think of in a video game. I am sad to see this series end, but it's a great end.

The iOS port is fantastic. The DS remake's graphics look wonderful here, and the portrait orientation and generous auto-save feature make this a great phone game.

I devoured this game during Microsoft's 24-hour unlimited trial in November. The base defense missions are garbage, but otherwise the game is awesome. Funny, too.

I love a good jobs system in my JRPG, and the ability to set various values for the difficulty and frequency of random battles should be stolen by every JRPG from now on.
