I subbed today before the live show even started. Don't know why. I guess it was just a spur of the moment thing on top of being excited for the live show and wanting to support a website that has given me so many hours of entertainment.
Do I regret it? Absolutely not! In fact I am really glad I did subscribe as the behind the scenes member cam made the live show twice as enjoyable. The embiggen feature is really useful as well. My monitor is big enough so that the default small video is too small and full screen without HD was too blurry. Now it's perfect.
I'm cool with everything so far. Hopefully they will announce some new member stuff during the BLLSL that will sway me into subscribing.
I hope the minority of non subscribers who complain vehemently about everything don't paint to bad a picture of us. The fact that some members have asked for the ability to switch off non members comments is disappointing. We aren't all bad!

There are a lot of great easter eggs. They must have spent ages shoving them in to every corner of the game. I think this one hasn't been mentioned yet.

It's an assholish thing to say because it's the truth and the truth hurts. The rest of your inquires I cannot comment on. Needless to say, the law was on my side. If you want your refund too, that's your business.
Any proof you got a refund? Surely a staff member must have sent you a PM or email. I'm pretty sure it states that they don't do refunds when you sign up for a subscription. I'm calling BS on this just because of the way you acted in this thread and the original.

Edit: On topic - I agree with most of your points OP. I think they need to shake some things up a little. Perhaps the second Big Live show and 1 year subscription anniversary will give them a good opportunity to do so.
