I don't have any real expectations for this game despite it looking very pretty it's a huge bummer that Squadron 42 is delayed. What that means for a game that doesn't have a firm release date is beyond me. I just know that the longer they don't mention this game coming to actual market the less I want to give them any kind of money. Keep giving me the free fly weekends though!

I'm going to say that I'm in the minority here and thought this looked better than expected. As someone who watched the original Power Ranger movie in the theaters as a grown ass teenager I can say I'm okay with the direction this is going. I don't know what people's expectations of this movie were going in but mine were pretty low so it's hard to be down on them since they are basically rebooting the original core team.

I'm curious to see if Elizabeth Banks' Rita turns out to be the Green Ranger or if JDF will make a surprise appearance in this somehow.

The lack of a real horde is what to me kept Judment from being one of the best gears. I also don't like that after each mission you go straight to a scoreboard basically stating you how did instead of just letting the narrative unfold naturally. They should have done the Halo scoring method and just let it be a separate mode.

Overall though Judgment was great though. The minor changes the made to how you throw grenades and the responsiveness to weapon swapping was minor but fantastic. Also the classified sections were legitimately challenging if you chose to do them. I have a soft spot for it because I'm probably the only person in the world who freaking loves Damon Baird as a character.

Yes I'm excited. I'm excited to hopefully see old ass Baird bitching about the stupidest thing imaginable and loving every minute of it. If this doesn't happen at some point in the game I will be greatly disappointed.

@zombiepie Quick question out of curiosity but have you played the Lunar franchise. Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete is probably my all time favorite JRPG. I've played through just about every version imaginable of that game except the original Sega CD Version as I was never cool enough to own one. That's a game from beginning to end that is just great. Granted it has just about every JRPG trope thrown in that you can imagine but it will always have a soft spot in my heart.

Or maybe even other Sega RPG's like Phantasy Star? I think 2 and 4 are the best in the series and 3 is okay but it has The 7th Saga issue of just being overly complicated due to too many characters.

In the non-traditional route have you thought about trying something like Secret of Mana?

@johncallahan: I wouldn't say revered but it was, to me anyways, the first good RPG for the 360. I didn't like Blue Dragon which is why I said first good RPG. I wish I had finished it back then but this is a good enough excuse to get back into it.

I've been having significant performance issues since the latest update. It was so bad WoW would hard lock my PC upon connecting to a server, League's FPS went from 150+ to sub 60 if I was playing in anything besides Windowed mode. There were other things but I eventually did a system restore and things are working better again.

Satisfactory endings that tie everything up: FFIV & FFXII. (FFX and FFXIII too, except their sequels immediately undo them.)

"What?" endings where not a whole lot of the world's problems are resolved and/or you fight some weird monster in another dimension/planet/time period: The rest.

You forgot the first FF. I think it's ending is pretty alright in terms of wrapping up what little non-existent story there is. Otherwise I concur with your statement but would include FFVI in that as well.

@the_ruiner: Either are apt comparisons. It does appear to be closer to WoW's than Diablo's. As Diablo's is more of a here are all the talents you get now pick 3 where Wow's is more here are 3 talents you get at X level now pick one.
