I'm trying to get into shape, over the last year I came down from 204 pounds to 173 pounds. I am trying to make it a habit, eat less and exercise more. I used to easily run 4 miles, now I can barely run 15 minutes.

"So one girl= Russian leaders lovely people? Everyone knows Georgia went into attack the (Russian funded and trained) rebels. What Russia did next and what it has been doing since are completly out of line"

Exactly. Not taking any sides here, but it is true that Georgia attacked first and its likely true that Russia was funding this rebel militia. So what was the logical step for the Georian goverment, go and take care of business before the rebels were up in arms and ready to break away (into Russia). Now it looks like this was well planned, either the (funded) rebels took South Ossetia or (which is what happened) Georgia attacked first and that gives Rusia a chance to go in and defend the South Ossetian civilans caught in the cross fire while in the process anexing South Osetia. For the South Osetians Rusian forces are heroes, for the Georgians their actions are unjustified, it all depends fro which side of the conflict you look at things.
