Jim Sterling, Jim Sterling, and especially Jim Sterling. And I should note I actually tend to agree with a lot of his opinions, I just think he's kind of insufferable. Also, his reviews tend to be like 10% lower than the average, which is fine if that's his honest opinion, but he does it consistently enough that I find it kind of off, and the reviews don't always feel like they back the score up. For Arkham City, IIRC, he gave it an 80, and his only real complaint was that they didn't use Two-Face as much as he would've liked.

I didn't find the Dead Island bust offensive because it was sexist (though it was), I just found it to be extremely dumb. I mean, who's going to put a statue of a mutilated female corpse in their home? Who's going to put a statue of a mutilated male torso in their home? It's just kind of gross, and a stupid pack in. If I buy that Skyrim collector's edition with the dragon statue, yeah it's nerdy, but so am I, and I'd put that somewhere in a heartbeat. But that torso was just... I don't get it.

I love MMO's. I've played entirely too much of WoW, and I'm still occasionally playing SWTOR.

I just wish that they didn't all copy WoW (replace the word "WoW" with "Everquest", if you'd rather). The idea that MMO's all need to be the same kind of hotkey action is just frustrating. It's like, since CoD had successful multiplayer, obviously the only kind of game which can have multiplayer is a first person shooter, right? No. Wrong. WoW was successful because it was a good game, which happened to be an MMO. There's nothing intrinsically wrong with the hotkey MMO, but because WoW was successful, it's the only kind of MMO which gets made anymore.

Yes, there are exceptions (EVE Online, Planetside, Dungeons and Dragons Online, just to name a few) but overall the vast majority of MMO's are one specific kind of MMO. I'd love to see some more MMOFPS's, for example, or MMORPG's with a different kind of combat than that specific hotkey variety. But you'd have to figure out new ways to engage the player, to keep the player coming back, and to balance the game, and that's a lot more work than just doing what WoW did.

Probably the Gamecube version of Twilight Princess. It's not super rare, but they didn't print too many of them, compared to the Wii version.

I don't know what it's like, so this is just speculation, but maybe there's something about the normal process to getting your game on Steam that makes some developers just go through Greenlight instead, even if they could get through the process eventually, with the rational being if not enough people greenlight it, then it probably wouldn't have sold well on Steam anyway?

You're right though, I've noticed the same thing, games which seem like they previously would have just gotten accepted, going through Greenlight, and clogging the service for the little guy, who it was designed for.

I thought They Bleed Pixels was an exceptionally well done one of those games. It had a lot of really cool ideas, especially the checkpoint system, and it played really well, even with a keyboard.

That said, I don't think a whole lot of people played it.

HD. Wind Waker. YES. Or Majora's Mask.

Non Zelda-game wise, I'd like an HD update to some of the Persona games, so I can finally get into them. I suppose I could pick some up on the PSN, but I haven't yet, and I'm not going to buy a Vita.
