Prototype Review (my first review)
If your looking for a ultra-violent, bloody, and over all shape-shifting game help Alex J Murphy..... Excuse me Alex Mercer find out what has become of him, look no futher than Prototype.
The Game starts off with a really cool cut screen, almost as good as Wolverine Origins (who didnt love that cut scene), and then throw you start into the "war" as we will call it, Between the Infected and the Military. I wont ruin the rest for you. The Games overall feel is just pure over the top action, and as much as i love to see blood and body parts flying everywhere... i will say that this game overdoes it a bit, can one man really paint a wall red with blood? Well in this game, how about a side of building. Ohh Yea, okay back to review, the controls are pretty good, but sometimes feel awkard when trying to run away from the Millions of badies you will be constantly fighting, and sometimes is just that, WAY to many enemys on screen for you to deal with. The Graphics are good, until you find yourself at the Sky level, where it leaves you wanting more to be done with him. The Combat is very fun, but sometimes you actually want a good fight, but in this game most of the things are 1 hit 1 kill, which can be a drag. Overall id say the game is very good for people who want a Gory Action Game, but if your looking for a OMG story line, well, i wasnt to impressed, but hey you rent it and write your own review!
