Planning on getting a Vita soon, and if so, this would be one of my first purchases for the system. However, I am wondering if the Vita version is gimped in any significant manner. I know I won't be able to play local coop, but I was planning on playing this game SP vs AI/campaign.

The PS4/XB1 versions come with all the DLC, which you won't have access to on Vita unless you also have a Japanese PSN account. I think all that you're really missing, though, is some background music and bonus missions?

Otherwise the games are identical, though, indeed. Everything else is there and is as awesome. I imported it on Vita when it first came out, it plays great.
