Edit: I guess it's because it's still $20 on Steam. There are used copies on Amazon for like $2. Otherwise I'm not seeing anything. You can buy it through Gamefly, but it's just a license for the Steam version.
Well, you could buy it off gamefly, but it's just a steam key. Amazon.com has a few used copies, and ebay's going to have boxed copies for sure. The dreamcast version is only 5 USD on amazon. Plenty of options.
