The United World Council has offered to release you from prison in exchange for you bringing down the notorious criminal Spectre, who's planning on staging a military coup. You are given a selection of four advanced Rapid Assault Vehicles to carry out your objective, the vehicles vary in top speed, acceleration, armor and weaponry.

The game is played from a first person, cockpit view and was released in 1995 for DOS, and one year later for IBM's OS/2 Warp operating system, being one of only a handful of games to run natively in OS/2.
