I read on some website about some pre-order bonuses on this game, are they exclusive to gamestop or something?

Nah, not all exclusive to Gamestop. Different retailers get different 'packages' - theyre essentially just power-ups, like you start with 5000 bolts and stuff like that, but youll easily earn them in game anyway. The only place that have more than one package seems to be play.com (not sure if thats only for EU). Im not too interested in them, ill be getting the LE...

I believe I read somewhere that Best Buy has a cryo-grenade or something like that. Which is only available (currently) through their pre-order.
