Regulator HQ is a farmhouse in the Capital Wasteland which is used by the vigilante group the Regulators as their headquarters. It can be found directly north of Wheaton Armory, and directly west of Canterbury Commons.
The Vault Dweller 101's ability to enter the farmhouse is entirely dependent on selecting the Fallout 3 perk, Lawbringer, which allows the protagonist to loot a Finger off the corpses of evil characters killed by the them. Without the perk, the location will not appear on the player's map; and if the character randomly stumbles upon the building, it is locked with a key.
Inside the building are three Regulators and Sonora Cruz, who accepts fingers in return for caps. Notable items are a copy of Guns and Bullets and a Nuka-Cola Quantum.
