    Reina is the secret illegitimate daughter of the late Heihachi Mishima and a student in the Mishima Polytech High School. Not much is known about her other than that she loves and respects her father Heihachi and somehow has the Devil Gene. Her fighting style is a mix of Mishima karate and taidō. After her father's death at the hands of her older half-brother Kazuya, Reina vows to take over the remains of the Mishima Zaibatsu and avenge him in addition to unlocking the Devil Gene to continue her father's legacy.

    To that end she teams up with her nephew Jin Kazama and her other half brother, Lars Alexandersson, to stop Kazuya.

    After being blasted by Devil Kazuya, Reina unlocks her Devil Gene and vows to avenge her father.
