    I just finished playing the game on easy mode and gonna start playing it on normal mode, is it possible for me to reacquire my previous weaposns (with upgrades etc) from the previous game?

    There should be a new game plus if I remember correctly from playing the GameCube, PS2, Wii, and Xbox 360 versions. So, yes. That said, you can't use it on a new difficulty. So you can't jump from normal to professional with your stuff.
